I thought it's gonna be easy taking pictures of a butterfly....NOT ! These beautiful creatures kept hoping from flower to flower. I guess that's why Mohammed Ali used the phrase "Dance like a butterfly...sting like a bee". The rest of the butterfly photos can be viewed at Butterfly photos

Since I'm in transit for 10 hours in Amsterdam on my way home, could not resist to drop by for a visit. The rest of the photos can be viewed at haz.smugmug.com/gallery/507095

A Sunny Day in Tengiz

Can't help but float....
A bunch of us went to the salt lake for some R&R. This lake is so salty that you could not submerge no matter how hard you try (very high salt concentration). So, we just floated around and enjoyed ourselves. Some even enjoyed their drinks while floating. Bear in mind that this lake is very deep.
